Help me~!!

'm currently having trouble recieving my trading sticks as a reward for having 100% favour in the minigame. I have been in contact with the Jagex Customer Support team (and however helpful they may have been so far), I've been unable to get trading sticks for at least a month!

Currently, I've been told to do the following:

1) I must speak to Fan*llaman, the fisherman west of the village, before I can get my Trading Sticks - Done.
2) I must complete the Tai Bwo Wannai Trio quest before I can receive Trading Sticks - Done.

I'm killing jogres for a hundred sticks atm so I can get my achievements, but I cannot and have not received any sticks from the minigame, nor have I gotten my achievement for 100% favour.

Please help?

edit: I just got 110 trading sticks from Jogres... and apparently I haven't helped out with the tai Bwo Wannai Clean-Up;
Even though I have 100% favour.

Sticks are tradable last I checked.

So it's about the favor and not the sticks? Well I'm assuming it's a glitch on Jagex's part.

It's about both. Mahogany logs aren't tradeable. Nor in my price range to buy the planks.

New info for you. I can't chop mahogany or teak logs even if I do have trading sticks to get in. So yeah, big problem now. Apparently there's a bug that had arisen at some unknown point, and new characters (possibly before last october) can't get any trading sticks. Some people have had the problem for over 5 months.

Strange, since I know Southrend can get them still. :\

Interesting a glitch jagex hasn't fixed. Yet another thing to add to the list of things that jagex has neglected.

Trybanking your items and getting yourself killed near the minigame. Or just get some more favourand see if that works.

What would that accomplish? Not that I haven't done that, today, but I'm already at 100% favour and it's neither increasing nor decreasing.

Well I haven't died yet, I'll try that tomorrow. But I'm unable to get any more favour since I'm at 100% favour already.

PS - Some of you may already know not to bash Jagex on my threads, but if you don't already, please don't! They've been doing their jobs and answering my queries quite well, they just haven't given me any information since "you need to do tai bwo wannai village quest", which I completed earlier today.
