That could be something coming soon. It would be nice to have an underwater city. New monsters, new NPC's, The Brine Sabre will finally have a use. ;)

It seems to me that this being posted in 2004, that they proberly attempted it and failed, or this was the orginal idea for the recipe for disaster that was released in March 2006, and was ment to be the underwater place, in the Pirate Pete part of the quest, and they either ran out of time because they wanted it to be the 100th quest, just encountered so many problems that they scrapped it
