andi thought jagex did that thing if you didnt play your classic account they would shut it off

Yeah, you are wrong, Jagex deleted classic account once. All accounts that hadn't logged into class in the previous 6 months before deletion were no longer allowed to play. If you did log in within that 6 month period you were allowed to keep playing. They haven't deleted any more classic accounts since.
