Operation: Disthine Molenko (91 RC Complete!!!)

The least common cape besides either Summoning, or Slayer. RUNECRAFTING! It's too bad I am not going for 99 RC (yet.....) Actually I am headed for 91 RuneCrafting since it is my favorite skill and it makes great money!

I officially started this goal on July 14, 2008. Upon 75 RC, I really got motivated and moved onto using the ZMI alter. I'm not in this for money atm tho. I'm currently in it for XP. I'll make my fair share once I am 91. Right now the main focus is getting to 91. Sure I make some small change each trip to the GE, but soon to be spent on either energy pots or farming seeds.

I'm very surprised I've stuck with it this long seeing as I have a very bad history of having a short attn span with skills. Although its possible I could get before, I'm shooting for 91 RC by the 4 month mark (11/14/08). I'm giving myself plenty of space just in case of priority interruptions.

I'll prolly need all the encouragement I can get, cause it's been pretty rough this far. Anyway, I hope I can stick with it and have it by at least before Thanksgiving.

Personally, I would not recommend ZMI training for anyone under 75 RC. Yes it gives better XP per trip, but at that level the XP/Time/Cost ratio is not the best. Checked your stats and at your level I would suggest just normal RC. Either fires via dueling rings, nats, or earths with gloves if you dont mind playin FoG. Nats is the way you want to go if you want money. From about lvl 74-80 Kelsey (Rapidash) made about 28m. Not too shabby.

Anyway, have fun trainin RC and dont worry about ZMI till your a bit higher in RC.

- I go to the GE and stock up about every 6k or so ess. I buy my pots and ess for the next 6k.

- I could do double astrals til 91, but it would take about 3 times the time unless i had an ungodly amount of astral tabs. Could be an option, but I can only stand so much of the Great Orb Project. Too many low lvls that have no idea what they are doing. -.- Like I said earlier, I'm going more for XP right now than money.

wow very nice rs to 91 has always been a long time goal for me but i never stuck at it but good luck and it seems like you are actually sticking to it

Wow, you have a lot more courage than most people I know. Getting to level 91 runecrafting is very intense and if you don't like to runecraft, then it will drain you mentally and you will quit. That is what makes this cape one of the most challenging to get.

Anyway good luck on level 86 slayer atm, then 91 as you goal. I hope you will stick to it and be one of the few to achieve 99 runecrafting.
