Problem solved! Okay guys here the run down.
My mom works at the local university and they gave her a computer that wasn't being used to take home. So she ended up giving it to me. It has decent specs 2G of Ram 3.0Ghz etc. When i fired it up, it had a bunch of junk on it so i decided to do a clean install and start over.
I tried to install windows xp from an old disk i had for a while back. After i finished installing it, i came to find that there were no drivers what so ever... After talking to Shane about the issue, he recommended i try to install windows 7. So i went to my MBP and downloaded the OS and burned it onto a DVD. I go back to the windows machine, and clean install once again, this time using the windows 7 disk that i burned.
My problem now is i don't have the correct graphics driver(s)I'm assuming this because i am unable to change the screens resolution. As you can see from this picture, the option is grayed out.

Here are the specs of the graphics from DrictX

Here is also the device manager showing a few of the incorrect drivers? i think?

To sum it up, i need to figure out how to change my screens resolution. And i'm 90% sure its a driver issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
If you need me to check on any other things from to the computer or to add certain screen shots please let me know.
Thanks for your time, Rice.
