Why do you think Jagex has a Private Chat ON/OFF, and Public Chat ON/OFF, and Trade/Compete ON/OFF/FRIENDS, but not a way you can turn on FOLLOW ON/OFF/FRIENDS :?:

This would be very convenient for a very large population of Runescape, don't you think?
