Post subject:  RSBANDBUpdate! Clip Show and End of Year Schedule

This topic serves as a hub for information on our Christmas schedule including our usual selection of two special episodes. This year we have:
The Clip Show (my favourite annual event)
RSBANDBUpdate! Uncorked

The Schedule:
RSBANDBUpdate! 130 : December 14th (standard show)
RSBANDBUpdate! 131 : December 21st (standard show)
RSBANDBUpdate! 132 : December 24th (Uncorked)
RSBANDBUpdate! 133 : December 31st (Clip show)

Now here is where you come in...

Uncorked

This is a special edition of RSBANDBUpdate! with the RSBANDB admins (Mike, Jeff, Brad, and Myself). This will be an all questions episode. The questions will have good discussional value. Some examples of possible topics could include thoughts on homosexual marriage, the war in Iraq, aid and assistance to developing nations. A question that would be a bad example is "What is your favourite colour?" I think you get the idea...

Edit: Here is some further clarification on what kinds of questions to ask. As Brad posted below please post questions that have discussional value. Secondly RS questions will not be taken for this episode. Avoid the simple who or what questions. Make them deeper, possibly include your own opinion on the subject.

Please post your questions in this topic.

Clip Show

This is the smattering of fun moments and bloopers from the past 365 days. I have some idea of what will show up, however, we would like your input. If you have clips that you liked please post them using the following format:

Code:
Episode Number:
Approximate Time Index:
Description of the Clip:

Please post your clip suggestions in this topic as well.

This topic will remain as a sticky and become globalized one week prior to the first recording.

Which game released this year do you think will win the Game of the Year 2007 award?

BETTER QUESTION: What are your opinions on how the Americans treated the Native Americans? Generally, the United States viewed the Indians as an obstacle in their great westward expansion and fought numerous short wars with various tribes, forced them off tribal their lands into tiny reservations, and devastated them with disease. Do you think it would've been better if America just left them alone and instead SLOWLY expand westward?

Just another note;

Don't think that just because this is a question exclusive show that posting a question will be enough to get it answered. We will pick only the best questions that we feel are suitable and that we can speak most about. This is not like a regular questions week, it's not even like a regular wildcard question week. Make your questions interesting and detailed, and make us want to discuss any points/issues your question raises.

How do you feel about Medical Torture (Medical Interrogation)? Medical Torture is used to facilitate interrogations or corpral punishment. Police and doctors sometimes withhold treatments or have patients injest harmful, yet not lethal chemicals to get information about crimes or in relation to them. Do you think this is a legitimate form of interrogation to get information about a certian crime before the trail runs cold, or do you consider this Medical Torture?

Ok, now some questions still aren't really what we're aiming at. I hate to be a 'question nazi' as it were, but the whole point of the uncorked episode is that you ask us things that we can discuss, and possibly debate over. I'll say it again, this is not just a normal questions episode. So far, Shwa's question is probably the only one we would actually use for the episode.

I feel I have quite a bit to say about that subject, and I'm sure Shane, Mike & Jeff do as well. I'm not saying the questions have to be purely political, that'd get boring. Feel free to ask detailed questions about us, I personally don't care what you ask me about my life, I'll give you an answer. Although I can't speak for any of the others.

I guess you could say as a general guide, don't just ask 'what' questions, ask why as well. Your question needs to give us something we can discuss, and argue/debate over. If you want you could even include your own opinion on the subject in the question. Just make sure your questions have depth.

Sorry, I probably should have typed something like this when the topic was first put up. We didn't make ourselves clear enough.

Jagex anti RWT:
-pro/cons?
-are good players being punished more than farmers(gold- that is)?
-is the game changing too much because of it? There have been a lot of shifts, especially with Grand Exchange, which sunk the prices(my poor prayer potions).

Permabanned ftw:
WHTF is reporting?
Any solution?

THE SANDBOX Dilemma, hide it?

Please don't put RS questions in for this episode. I have edited the first post above to add some more clarification. Please post RS questions here.

Do you think it is right for parents to allow their young children (Age 8-13) to play Mature games such as Grand Theft Auto, which contains violence and Sexual intake and is constant throughout the game?

Many parents these days in America allow young children to play games with very strong language. (About every word in the book)

What are your thoughts about this topic?
