Image(1) The Champion's Guild-
You must have about 31 or so quest points to enter the champ's guild. When you do, talk to the Guild Master. Ask if you can buy a Rune plate. He will tell you to see a man named Oziach, north-west of Edgeville.

Image(2) Oziach-
Go to Oziach, and ask if you can buy a Rune plate. He will tell you that you aren't worthy enough to wear a Rune plate, so ask how to become worthy. He will tell of a dragon of Crandor Isle: Elvarg. You need to sail to that island, and kill the dragon. Easier said than done. He will tell you that 3 map pieces are needed to navigate the seas to get to crandor, but they were scattered a while ago. Ask him about each one, and he will give you a maze key, and info about where to go, which I will list in this guide.

Image(3) Map Piece 1-
Easiest one first. Climb to the top of Ice Mountain, and you will meet an Oracle. Talk to him and ask about a map piece. He will say that one was found by the dwarves, and it was locked away from players. He will tell you to get 4 unusual things to unlock this door: a piece of silk, an unfired bowl, a Wizard's Mind Bomb, and a lobster pot.
Go to varrock clothing store for the silk, (which costs about 10gp) make a bowl in barbarian village, but don't fire it in the kiln, and go to the Falador Tavern and buy a Wizard's Mind Bomb for about 2gp. You can buy the pot in Port Sarim for another 10 or so gp. Go to the door in the Dwarven Mines (near the ore shop) with these things in hand, and it will open. Search the chest for the first map piece. Congratulations!

Image(4) Map Piece 2-
To find this one, trek up to Goblin Village, and talk to one of the named goblins. They will tell you of a goblin named Wormbrain, who found a map piece, but got arrested. He is now in Port Sarim Prison. Get you 10K (or offensive runes, or arrows, and 1 law and 1 air rune) and go to the jail. Talk to Wormbrain if you want, and buy the map piece off him for 10, 000 coins. If not, kill him with magic or arrows, and telegrab the map piece he drops. That was not too painful, was it?

Image(5) Map Piece 3-
This one is a bit harder. Bring food and your maze key, and go into Melzar's maze, located north of rimmington. Kill giant rats until you get a red key. Use it on the northwest door and go up. Kill ghosts until you get an orange key. Use it on the drro SECOND FROM THE NORTH!!! I messed up here. Go up, and kill skeletons until you get a yellow key. Go through the MOST SOUTHWESTERN door and go down. In the basement, you will find zombies. Kill them until you get a blue key. Go through the only door there and kill Melzar the Mad, and you'll get a magenta key. Go through the door that has the magenta top and you will find a room with a lesser demon. Kill it for a green key, and unlock the chest. Last map piece found!

Image(6) Getting a Ship and a Captain-
Use the pieces with each other to get a completed map. Go to Port Sarim (with 2, 000 coins) and talk to a man near a small boat. He will sell the boat to you, cheap because OF THE HOLES IN IT! Talk to Ned, in Draynor Village. He will agree to captain your ship, take the map, and wait at the ship. next, make some steel nails. (about 31 or so smithing required) 1 steel bar makes 15 nails, and you need 90 to patch the ship. In the wilderness somewhere, you will find planks. You will need about 5 or 6 maybe. Take the nails and planks, and patch up the ship. (a hammer is needed!) Head off to Lumbridge, and talk to the duke. He will give you a dragonfire shield. Next, gather the stuff you need, take a deep breath, and talk to Ned. He will pilot your ship across the high seas... and crash it on Crandor. No going back now.

Image(7) Elvarg!-
Head on through Crandor, running from enemies (you need all your food) and head on down the pothole in the conter. Go south until you see a gate. go through and do battle with Elvarg (level 83). MAKE SURE YOU HAVE YOUR SHIELD EQUIPPED, OR ELVARG WILL HIT UP TO 45!!!!!!!! He is highly resistant to magic, so ranged and melee are better here. Ranging has never been the best idea, but if you're like me, a pure ranger who want to wear d hide, hide behind the rubble at the edge of the battlefield. To wear the shield, you have to wield a crossbow. I think he can still hit you with his fire, but that's not a problem. Heal when you must, and you'll do fine. He can only hit the odd 9 on your shield. (or a risk of hiting very high without it) When you kill it, the quest is complete, and you will be teleported outside the gate. Go south more, and you will come to a wall. Go through it, and into Karumja Volcano. You may use that door from now on to get to the lesser demons, and monsters on Crandor. You may also be stronger, because of the stat bonuses you get.

Image(IV) Stuff to Know-
-If you use Strength to kill Elvarg, you will get EXP in Attack and Defense Forms, and the other ways around.
-The Lumbridge Lady will mystically appear in Port Sarim again, but the captain says it's not yours anymore. Oh well, it's only 2K.
-You can also buy a green Dragonhide Body from Oziach, along with a Rune platebody, but it is best to buy from players.
-Oziach will give you more maze keys if you lose yours, if anything REALLY compells you to got through the Maze again.
