GOBLIN DIPLOMACY
No required quests needed to be previously done.
Only level requirement is ability to kill some level 5 goblins.
Items Needed: 3 redberries, 2 woad leaves and 2 onions. They can be obtained before or during the quest. You also need up to 50 coins.
Difficulty: Easy
Length - Medium length. Shouldn't take too long. Obtaining the Goblin mail can alter the length of this quest depending on how fast you get the drops.
Once you complete the quest, you will obtain 5 quest point, 200 crafting exp, and 1 gold bar.
Now, to actually start
Step number,
1. To start this quest you must go to Port Sarim. To get there, walk directly south from Falador. When in Port Sarim, go to the pub. It's in the north-east of Port Sarim. Once in, speak with the bartender. Say how it isn't busy today. The bartender will say how the goblins are in an arguement, and how that could turn into a big war. You agree to help out.
2. Now you must go to Goblin village to settle the golbin arguement. To get there walk north to Falador. When you get to Falador go west and out the north entrance. Follow the north-west path until it ends at the member gate and keep walking north. You'll come to the village. Go to the northern-most part of the village.

3. When you're in the north house of Goblin Village, you'll see the 2 generals. Talk to one and you'll see them argue. Say that you'll help them decide the colour of their armour. They say they want orange armour.
4. Before you leave the village kill several goblins until you collect 3 goblin mail. This may take several minutes. If you're finding that you're too low a level to kill these goblins, there are some that are level 2 on the path from Draynor to Lumbridge.
5. When you have the 3 goblin mails, go to Aggie the Witch in Draynor Village. Draynor is located east of Port Sarim. Ask her to make dyes for you.
She will tell you what items you need for the 3 dyes. you will need one of each. Go to Port Sarim now.
6. If you don't already have the redberries, go to the food store at the south part of Port Sarim.
7. When you have 3 redberries, walk straight west from the food store until you see a greay path. This is Rimmington. Walk a bit north on the path and you'll come to an onion field. Pick 2 onions.
8. When you have the 2 onions, go north along the path until you get to Falador. Walk north into Falador. Go into the garden (north of east bank) and speak to Wyson the Gardener with 20 gp in your inventory. He hangs around the eastern part of the garden.
9. When you have 3 goblin mails, 3 redberries, 2 onions (be carefully not to eat them), 2 woad leaves, and 15gp, head back to Aggie's house in Draynor. Buy one of each colour dye (red, blue, yellow). Mix the red and yellow dyes to get orange. Use one goblin mail with the lue dye, one with the orange, and leave one the original colour.
10. You should now have one orange goblin mail, one blue goblin mail, and one giblin mail. Head back to Goblin Village the same way is in step. 2.
11. Once in Goblin Village, talk to one of the Generals. You'll give them the orange armour. Talk again. You'll now give them the blue armour. Talk again. You'll now give them the original armour and they say they like it best. Quest complete.
