Rune Mysteries -- Free

Difficulty: Very Easy
Reward: Ability to mine Rune Essence and to craft runes.
QP:1

You start: Lumbridge Castle
You end: Wizards' Tower
Preresiquites: Know your way around Runescape (There is a LOT of walking; If you don't know you way around, use the map.)

Go upstairs in the castle and talk to the duke. He will say some things and will give you an Air Talisman.

Once you get the talisman, go to the wizards' tower and go down the stairs into the basement. In one room, you should see a wizard. Talk to him and give him the talisman. The wizard will give you a package to give to the rune shop owner in Varrock. Once you deliver the package, talk to the shopkeeper again, he will give you some papers. Give those to the wizard and enjoy runecrafitng!

To be honest with you. Rune Mysteries was the very first quest I did. And if I had to use this guide I wouldn't have finished it I guess.. Try improving it.

Pictures is my suggestion. Putting effort means not flashing back your memory, so you should actually try going through the steps again.
And please, number the steps.

Rune Mysteries Quest Guide

Start: Duke in Lumbridge Castle.

Reward: Ability to Craft Runes.

1. Talk to the Duke in Lumbridge Castle and ask him if he has a Quest for you and he will give you an Talisman to take to the Great Wizard in the Wizard Tower.
2. Talk to Sedridor in the Basement of the Wizards Tower and he will have a bad additue. So give him the Talisman and he will ask you to take a Package to Aubrey in Varrock.
3. Talk to Aubrey, the owner of the rune shop in varrock. He will ask you to take some Notes back to Sedridor.
4. Talk to Sedridor, he will give you back your Talisman and give you a very long speech about all of this.
