Steps:
1. Talk to brother omad in the monastery south of the zoo in ardougne.
2. Omad will ask you to retrive Androe's son's blanket, because the boy won't stop crying and keeps the monks up all night.
3. Go Northwest from the monastery to the ring of stones Southwest of the clock tower. When you enter the circle a ladder will appear. Go down it.
4. In the cave there should be a banket on a table. Take it and bring it back to Omad.
5. Omad then asks you to find Brother Cedric, so they can start their party.
6. Head North on the path towards the zoo. Cedric is just to the east of the path. Give him the water and the logs, then go back to Omad to finish the quest.
