Jason, all you need to do is be on an ATI or Nvidia computer when you do the offer.. You don't need to have it on the computer you'll be using normally.

That being said, I'd wonder how well you'd be able to play if you've got something other than ATI or Nvidia.. I mean, that pretty much leaves integrated options, likely Intel. I'm doubtful that the intel integrated option would work well at all.

Also @ Duke Juker, your university may degrade game performance / voip activity. The university I used to go to would be so terrible that if more than 1 person in the suite I was living in tried to join a game, both of us would lag out terribly. Even being the only person playing, the ping would be quite high. The connection itself wasn't bad, just gaming and Skype sucked.

There's only one other computer in my house which might have one of those (because it's only a little older than this one and it's a desktop).

This actually runs most things quite well. Unfortunately it is using an Intel Media Accelerator but I was surprised at how well it ran AOEIII with everything on.

Let me know afterward how my mic was. I hope it'll be better this time. Tried to play around with the boost and output. Seems to be working better.

Yes. I enjoyed GG very much this week. I will admit I probably play more CS:S than anyone else here. But all that time should be put in Runescape. xD Then I might actually get somewhere.

We had a great turnout from the forums this week, probably one of the best yet!

Here's 12 of us at one point. We had more at other times, and a few people swapped in and out throughout the evening. All in all, a great turnout!

Hope to see some of the newcomers and more of the regulars as well in the upcoming events.

Sorry about my mic. I really can't figure out why it is good for the first game and then just crappy for the rest. I probably need a better headset. I don't know what in the game could be causing my mic to cutout and get staticy.

Gotta figure out how to hide or move faster or...something, lol. I think it's my ISP that makes me lag :/

. Although unfortunately, at some points, I sneak up to you and try to melee you, impossible in the game. XD

Your ISP could be degrading your bandwidth after a while online.. Could also be a driver issue, depending on the headset. Is it USB or analog? If USB, you could try to move it to another port, or unplug and replug while in game.

You were pretty determined on killing me a few times, we had some pretty epic gunfights in the bathroom map XD
