-Past informer/ events crew/ mods / admins /any other rank i cannot remember medals
I think there'd have to be a one year requirement for any sort of staff medal so that people didn't just join a group for the medal and then didn't do anything for the position they were hired for. Of course depending on the reason why someone left earlier Shane could always give a medal(Like someone might work 9 months doing an excellent job but very serious RL issues prevent them from continuing but they let Shane know they won't be able to continue).
Both of those are the Content Crew's job, however a medal like that which would partly cover both would be a 'Content Submitter' one which required 50 pieces of submitted content that were needed and were accurate(meaning two people couldn't submit info for say the Dragon full helm and both get credit unless they both added different parts of info about it).
I didn't comment much before because it a medal system seemed a bit odd to me at first. I do have to agree with JRD that it's kind of like the Achievement diaries and achievement systems from other games. If it's kept under control and the rules(or guidelines for the system, as I expect there will be?) specifically note that if the Mods/Admins think you're doing something(Like hardly submitting any content or making posts on the forums for post count which don't really do much for the topic) just for the medal that they have they right and ability to freely take away any or all medals.

The Veteran staff position medals would have different names for each group (EC might be 'Organizer', NS might be 'Writer', CC might be 'Inventory Control', etc). Possibly each additional year someone is a member of the same staff group (like being EC for two years straight) they'd either get the medal a second time or something like 'x2' would show up by the medal to indicate they've been there for two years. Having a staff position, then retiring, then returning could also count if they had worked enough time to get the medal before retiring and then worked enough after so that they had two years worked still. Lets get some proper big lists written up so theres massive amounts of choice.
27 enough? Probably not. Anyone have some more suggestions for medals?
