You can start this quest by speaking with Ug in the Troll Stronghold.
Requirments: You must have completed, Death Plateau, Troll Stronghold
You must have 28 agility, and be able to defeat a lvl 113 troll
Items needed: Games Necklace [8], 5 times Trollheim teleport, 1 Yew/Maple log, Iron bar, Rope, Bucket of Wax, 1 Swamp tar, Cake tin.
Reward: 2 Quest Points, 7 Uncut gems, 8,000 Agility XP, 2,000 Strength XO

1. Go back to Troll Stronghold, and enter it. Go south and take the staircase down. Open the north door and then the first west door. Ug will be crying in a the south corner of that room. Talk to him.
2. Say that you want to know what the problem is. He will tell you it in short and then say that you will do what you can. You started the quest now.
3. Go north past the lvl 69 trolls and open the door. In the north of this room you will find Aga. Ask how her love life is. She tells that she loves Arrg. And that someone must really love her if she gets a flower named Trollweis from him.
4. You should now speak to someone who knows alot of these mountains. Go back to Tenzing and ask where you can find Trollweis. He tells you that he knows there is a place where the flower grows but he you can't get to the place because of all the snow. He tell you that you actually might get there with a sled. Ask how you make a sled and he will tell you to see Dunstan.
5. Say that you "need a sled!!". Dunstans asks if you aren't to old for that, say no. He will laugh again and say that some people never grow up. And since you helped his family a couple of times he will make you one. You need some yew or maple logs, a bar of iron, and some rope. He will now work on the design of the sled while you get the materials. Talk to him when you got the materials and he makes a sled. You then need to wax your sled. He tells that you need a bucket of wax mixed with swamp tar and that you need to store it in a cake tin. Use the swamp tar on the bucket of wax. And you have the wax you need for the sled. Use the wax on your sled and your character will start waxing the sled. You now have a sled you can ride.
6. Go back to Trollheim and take the Northwest path. Till you reach a Ice gate. Go west trough the snow till you reach a cave enter it. Run through the cave wiht your protect from melee on (the trolls hit up to 21) tilll you reach crevasse. You come on a big snowy mountain with Ice wolves lvl 96. Go south till the snow changes color. Click on your sled to ride it. Watch the little cut-scene and you arrive at the plateau.
7. Walk to the west and pick some of the rare flowers, it's Trollweis. Now go to the south and start riding your sled again.
8. You're now down at the hill and enter the cave. Walk trough it and take the west exit. (The other exit goes to keldagrim.) You're now in Relekka. You now need to go back to Ug to give him the flowers. Choose your own way of returning, walking or teleporting to Trollheim. Go back to the Stronghold and talk to Ug. He says that he to scared of Arrg and that you need to kill him. Go North and talk to Arrg. Say that you are here to kill him. He tells it's okay since he was getting hungry anyway. You will get teleported to the arena and he starts attacking you. Watch out because he uses both range and melee. He can hit up to 24 with both types of combat so be carefull.
9. Once you defeated him go back to Troll stronghold and talk to ug to finish this quest.
