RS Status: Classic
In Search of Myreque.

Skill requirements: level 25 agility
Quest requirements: Nature Spirit
Other requirements: Must be able to beat a level 97 monster.

Items needed: 2 steel swords, 1 steel longsword, 1 steel warhammer, 1 steel dagger, 1 steel mace, 225 steel nails, 6 wooden planks, 10 gp

Guide:

1. Speak to the stranger sitting on a chair in the bar of Canafis. He'll tell you that he needs to find some heroes because they are short on weapons. Say that you want to help him with that. He'll tell you that he needs steel weapons: 2 swords, 1 longsword, 1 dagger, 1 mace and 1 warhammer. He'll also tell you that you need to go to the boatman in Mort'ton because he would be able to help you search for the heroes.

2. Once you get those items, go to Mort'ton (only when you have already completed the Shades of Mort'ton quest; otherwise bring also 6 planks and a hammer). On the road to it get some items to fill the druid pouch. You will need to continue this until you have at least 5 pouches. Be aware that if you are in the swamp ghast may empty those pouches.

3. Once arrived in Mort'ton go to Cyreg Paddlehorn, near the bridge to the barrows. He'll say that he can't help you with it, it's to dangerous. Say that they will die without weapons and he will say that they are resourceful. Now you say "resourceful enough to get there own steel weapons?". He still won't help, say that there deaths are on his hands. He stills don't care, say that "What kind of man are you to say that you don't care?". He will now let you use your boat if you got a good filled druid pouch and 6 planks in total. Give the wooden planks to Cyreg.

4. Pay the 10 coins, board the boat and you will go north to the hollows. Now start walking north till you see a rope bridge. Climb up the tree and walk step by step. The bridge will get broken and you need to repair it with the 225 steel nails and 3 planks. Once at the other site climb down and talk to Curpile Fyod.

5. Tell him that you've come here to give the Myreque there weapons. He don't trust you and he will ask a few questions to test you. Here are some of the questions: (note I don't got them all, you only get three during the quest while there are more).

1. Who is the youngest member of the Myreque? Ivan Strom
2. Who is the leader of the Myreque? Veliaf Hurtz
3. Name the only female member of the Myreque? Sani Puliu

6. After correctly answering his questions you may enter there hideout. The door is just behind the huge tree a little bit north. Once in the cave go past the stalagmite to enter a cave with the Myreque in it. Go talk to Veliaf Hurtz

7. Say that you brought weapons for him and he will say you he is a bit busy and that you need to introduce yourself to the others. Talk to all the others (You don't have to ask questions, you can choose the "no thanks" option). Then again to Veliaf, he will take those weapons. Suddenly Vanstrom Klause enters the cave and kills Sani and Harold. Then he leaves his pet for the rest of the group.

8. Now kill the Skeletal Hellhound and he will drop 4 big bones and 2 uncut rubies. If you use protect from melee then this fight is really easy. Talk to Veliaf again and ask how you can get out of here. He will tell you that there's a secret tunnel near the inn. Exit the little cave to get back in the bigger cave and go north. Search the wall and walk up the ladder.

9. Go back to the place where you started the quest to have a nice word with Vanstrom. After all he sort of betrayed you. When you arrive there you'll notice there is a stranger on the chair. Talk to him to complete your quest.

10. Quest Complete!
