Your opinion of the ring of Wealth. I say it decreases other chances, that's just simple math. Raise one, lower the other.

Now Jagex says nothing gets decreased... So I want to hear who site you're one. Mine or Jagex.

What do you suggest i train on to get to 91 att 91 str 91 def, im currently 85 87 82, i got and use full guthans, i use whip until i need health then use spear and yeh... so basicly i can trains in lots of places with no food.
