Step 2: Let's get this thing running.

Part 1: Of Earth
Supposing you brought your pick along, head to the western sector, and mine one of the rocks. It is obviously not a rock, but a variant of a Golem. Please note that the ones walking around won't drop ore. Kill the one that is attacking you, and pick up the ore when it fades and dies.

Part 2: Of Water

Now enter the northern sector, there are two valves, turn the right one first, then the left, the water wheel should start spinning.

Part 3: Of Air

Under the assumption you brought your Needle, Thread and Soft Leather with you, fix the bellows. Quest Complete.
(warning: If you did not understand that was sarcasm, please go to the nearest sand pit,
start making mud pies and drool slightly, every so often, have a tantrum and sob a little)

Don't worry, you get to pull the lever later.

Part 4: Of ~Fire~

Search the crates around the workshop until you find a stone bowl, it is random for each person. Once you have the stone bowl, go to the southern sector and fill the stone bowl from the lava trough. Pour the lava into the furnace. Now run back and pull the lever, the bellows should go up and down. Now go back to the furnace and make an elemental bar (1 Elemental Ore 4 coal).

Step 3: Purple Hoolahoops?

Now go back to the central sector, and use the elemental bar on the workbench. You will make an elemental shield.

Quest Complete!
