I don't even use Photoshop for this animation, it's another program called Ulead animator, which you have to pay for. If you give me some barsigs, I could put them together in that style if you like.

ok i've downloaded the visitor font.....now how do i get the font into gimp? i cant seem to figure it out...plz help

Move the font file into the fonts foler, which is located in c:/windows/fonts

Thats if your using Windows. I don't know about macs.

Never use size 12 visitor, always keep it in multiples of 10.

7 works for me. But if you download visitor off dafont.com, I believe you get 3 visitor fonts. Visitor -BRK-, Visitor BRK1, Visitor BRK2 (or something like that). You guys are probably using a different one to me :P

hey yeah, nice tutorial and everything but ure kinda being abit general at the start by saying "im gonna be using some brushes off deviantart", could you post the link or something? and is it copmpatible with photoshop 5.0...cos i got that :oops:

If you had the brushes I was using, they aren't compatible with photoshop 5 anyway :P They're CS2. And it doesn't matter what brushes they are, just use any you like. You could have some difficulty finding some PS 5 ones, but you could always make your own (find a tut if you don't know how, perhaps try http://www.pslover.com). Or you could just use a gradient that suits, that can look pretty cool. I believe the tutorial would work on photoshop 5, but you'd have to skip a few of the things like the photo filter, I think.

yeah, thanks, i need help though, i cant upload any of the sigs i made onto photobucket :cry:
it says something to do with it being in the wrong format but i cant change the format, all i can save it as is PSD! :(
oh and its really strange cos when i try to download brushes it saves as a zip folder, and it wont show up when i try loading it on photoshop :?
plez help meh! 8)

Go on File--->Save For Web. If that isn't there, go on File--->Save As and where is says ".psd" in the drop-down box, change it to .gif or .png or whatever you want, if the option is there. Thats how to solve the picture problem.

With brushes, extract the .zip file, and put the brushes in C:/Program Files/Adobe/Photoshop/Presets/Brushes
